DO WE SHIP OUTSIDE INDIA? 

At the moment, we do not deliver items outside India. However, you can make a purchase from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.

HOW TO PLACE AN RETURN / EXCHANGE REQUEST? 

Visit the Place your Return / Exchange Request section on the website / app or click here to raise a return/exchange request for your order. - Submit the required details as prompted. - Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you would want to Return/Exchange. Please note that the Return/Exchange request needs to be raised within 5 days of the delivery date. Reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 working days by our courier partner. Once we receive the product, we would get in touch with you to confirm your request. In addition, all returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and must be returned with the original packing and tags when we receive them. Items without tags will not be accepted.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE? 

We levy a charge of INR 100 for any return orders as reverse shipment fee at the time of Refund.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE? 

We process and ship orders within 24-36 hours of receipt and it usually takes 3-5 working days to reach all the Metros and Tier I Cities, however for some pin codes it might take a little more time. In case of delay please get in touch with us on: Email: care@alwaysavvy.com

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES ON DELIVERY? 

We charge a shipping fee of INR 50/- on all COD orders, whereas we provide free standard shipping on all orders over Rs. 1000. For orders under Rs. 1000, a nominal fee of Rs. 42 is applied, which is non-refundable upon order cancellation.

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER? 

You can cancel you order within 12 hours of placing the order via email at contact@alwaysavvy.com. Once the order is shipped that order can't be cancelled.

HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE A PRODUCT? 

In case of returns/exchange, visit the returns/exchange section or click here on the website to raise a return request for your order. You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and handover the packet to our courier person. As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will verify and issue a refund on the same account details used while making payment. Please note that handling fee of INR 100 is charged for returns.

WITHIN HOW MANY DAYS OF PURCHASE CAN I RETURN MY ORDER? 

Return request needs to be raised within 5 days of the delivery date.

I HAVE REQUESTED A REPLACEMENT, WHEN WILL I GET IT? 

For return / exchange, the reverse pick up will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the request for exchange will be initiated within 72 hours. Once the product is dispatched, it will take 7-10 working days to reach you. WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND? 

It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse after the reverse pickup is done, after which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the exchange request will be initiated within 72 hours. Please note if any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.
